The service

eightup play is a free map knowledge game provided by EIGHT UP BİLİŞİM ENERJİ VE TURİZM ANONİM ŞİRKETİ. By using the app you accept these terms. When you download the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. The daily round needs an internet connection; your past rounds and practice work offline. How your personal data is processed is explained in the Privacy Notice.

Fair play

One round a day, 30 seconds per question. Once a guess is locked it does not change; a round cannot be replayed. The timer keeps running even if you leave the app. Scores are calculated on the server.

Scores

Scores, levels and badges are for fun only and have no monetary value. There are no bets, cash prizes, purchasable advantages or loot boxes.

Fees

In this version there are no in-app purchases and no ads. If ads or a paid feature are added later, we will announce it in advance.

Rules of conduct

Cheating, exploiting flaws in the game or the server, and playing with automated tools are forbidden. Online access for guest IDs that break the rules may be restricted or closed. When online features such as friends, groups and the league open, rules on nicknames and group and room names will be added to this section.

Questions, sources and the map

The questions are for fun and learning; each is based on a source and carefully checked, but mistakes can still happen. If you see one, tell us with "Report this question". The map is an illustration drawn for this game; it does not show borders and cannot be used instead of an official map.

Independence and trademarks

Names of clubs, stadiums, restaurants, series, films and organisations appear only to identify the subject of a question; eightup play is not affiliated with or endorsed by them. The eightup and eightup play names, logos, images and question texts belong to our company; they may not be copied without permission or used for commercial purposes. Rights in third-party sources belong to their owners.

Continuity of the service

We keep improving the game; we may change, add or remove features. We aim for it to work without interruption or errors but cannot guarantee this. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the game, which is a free entertainment service; your statutory rights as a consumer are reserved.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. As a consumer, your right to apply to the consumer arbitration committee and the consumer court where you live is reserved.

Changes and contact
